Footings: Footings are the base support for the foundation walls. They are typically made of concrete and are wider than the foundation walls to distribute the weight of the structure more evenly. Footings must be poured and cured before the foundation walls can be constructed.

Concrete: Once the footings are in place, it’s time to pour the concrete for the foundation walls. The concrete is poured into forms that have been set up according to the plans created during Step 2 of our process. After the concrete is poured, it needs time to cure and harden before the next step can be taken.
